Social Media Content Creator (Graphic & Video)

Incredible opportunity across entertainment and fashion. We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator for two of our brands:

Jamie Turner Design: Premium jewelry brand based in Austin, TX
StagePilot: Premium fan experiences company based in Nashville and Los Angeles.

You’ll partner with both companies’ marketing teams to design, shoot, film and post assets for all social media platforms.

Responsibilities

For Jamie Turner Designs, you’ll create social posts including on-figure and still life presentations of our jewelry. Assets will primarily be created in the photo/video studio in our Austin office and the surrounding area. You’ll be responsible for both the visual and editorial of each post and will work closely with the creative director and marketing team to work against a content calendar.

For StagePilot, you’ll create promotional assets for the tours and premium events. This role requires impeccable communication skills as you’ll be working directly with artists/talent and their management teams.

Required skills and experience

3+ years of experience shooting/editing stills and video for posts, reels, stories, etc
3+ years of Photoshop experience (design, color correction, retouching)
3+ years of experience editing with Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Resolve or similar
3+ years experience working with premium/luxury brands
Incredibly strong editorial/writing skills
Ability to manage the workflow and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously
Experience shooting photos and video with a DSLR camera
Experience with continuous and strobe lighting/modifiers as well as daylight

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for two of our brands:

You’ll partner with both companies’ marketing teams to design, shoot, film and post assets for all social media platforms.

Responsibilities

For Jamie Turner Design, you’ll partner with our content creators and marketing team to manage all of the brand’s social media platforms. In addition to managing posts, reels and stories, you will be the social voice of the brand, engaging with customers on all platforms.

For StagePilot, you will manage paid and organic posts in promotion of our services as well as the tours and premium events we manage. In addition to managing posts, reels and stories, you will interact with fans and artists/talent across all social platforms. Since you will be in direct communication with artists/talent and their management, impeccable communication skills are a must.

Required skills and experience

3+ years experience growing multiple social media accounts for premium/luxury brands
3+ years experience posting to, and reporting on, multiple social media accounts
3+ years experience managing a social media/content calendar
Proven experience growing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok accounts for premium/luxury brands organically and through paid media.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Ability to manage the workflow and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously
Deep knowledge of evolving engagement and discovery best practices and strategies

Ticketing Manager

StagePilot is adding a Ticketing Manager to our Nashville team. This person will work alongside our Artist Services team focusing on VIP ticketing and sales. This role requires a deep understanding of ticketing and VIP experiences in live and virtual events. You will be in daily contact with multiple venues, managers, and ticket agents so strong communication and organizational skills are critical.

Responsibilities:

Lead ticketing for domestic and international tours
Communicate with venues and ticket agents to implement and track VIP ticket sales
Maintain events on StagePilot’s proprietary ticketing platform as well as third party platforms
Collect and report on ticket sales
Work closing with the Artist Service team to execute virtual and in-person events

Required experience and skills:

3+ years experience with Ticketmaster/AXS or other ticketing platforms
3+ years experience in touring and/or live entertainment
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Self-driven, proactive and dedicated team player

Event Producer (Live and Virtual Events)

StagePilot is looking for a Nashville-based Event Producer to join the team. You will lead the production and management of multiple live and virtual events for artists, athletes, podcasters, etc. You’ll be in daily contact with internal StagePilot teams as well as our clients, so strong written and verbal communication skills are critical. Many events involve filming, so familiarity with video planning and production is preferred. This role requires advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Act as the point person for clients, vendors and internal teams on multiple projects.
Build and manage project plans, schedules and budgets.
Contract and coordinate with production crew and venue staff to ensure that events run smoothly and that any technical difficulties are addressed promptly.
Identify and negotiate with venues for a wide range of events.
Oversee budget tracking to ensure operational efficiency.
Manage a matrix of vendors including creative and video production, equipment rental, venues, etc.

Required experience and skills:

3+ years in event and/or project management for ticketed events
Experience with video production is preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills
Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts with multiple vendors
Experience with video production and crews is preferred
Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
Ability to travel occasionally
Ability to work under pressure and multitask on multiple projects
Skilled problem solver
