Can I purchase a VIP package at the Box Office?

No, VIP packages will not be available for purchase at the Box Office. You must purchase online in advance of the show date.

How do I know where and when to arrive for my VIP experience?

You will receive an email from StagePilot (support@stagepilot.com) approximately 3-5 days before the concert date. The email will include; day-of-show arrival instructions, VIP merchandise pick-up information and any relevant details about your VIP experience. VIP package purchasers may be required to arrive 3 or more hours before show time. Pre-show program activities, times and locations may vary date-to-date and are subject to change at any time for any reason.

When will the VIP experience take place?

The VIP experience will take place prior to the main show. More specific times and locations will be announced in the informational email we will send to you 3-5 days before the event.

When and where will I receive my VIP merchandise?

VIP merchandise is provided at the show and must be picked up during the VIP experience. You will not be permitted to collect your VIP merchandise once the VIP event ends. We cannot hold your VIP merchandise until after the show.

How do I receive my merchandise if I’m unable to check-in during the VIP check-in hours?

All merchandise must be collected on site when you check in. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship out any merchandise after the event.

Is there a secure space where I can leave my merchandise during the show?

Once you collect your merchandise at check-in, you may have the opportunity to take your items back to your car before entering the show. However this is venue dependent, so check with security when you get to the venue.

Can I bring something for Lissie to sign during my Meet & Greet?

Yes! Lissie is happy to sign an item for you.

My guests attending the show with me may be arriving late. How do they get their tickets, merchandise, etc.?

The original purchaser will check in for all package materials, and he/she will then be able to distribute accordingly. We advise your whole party to come to VIP check-in at the same time to make it quick and easy.

Will I be allowed backstage?

By purchasing a VIP package, you will not gain access to, or be authorized to enter, any venue-specific VIP or backstage areas.

Is VIP parking included?

Parking is not included with this package, but parking may be available at the venue. Please refer to the venue’s website for more information regarding parking.

What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?

All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable; no will call name changes will be permitted under any circumstances.

Can I take a parental escort in with me?

All parental escorts must purchase their own VIP package. Anyone who hasn’t purchased a VIP package will not be allowed into any VIP activities or into the venue early.

Does this package have a minimum age?

Most shows are open to all ages. However, please check with the venue directly as the age policy can vary with each venue.

What are my local venue/COVID policies?

Please refer to the venue's website for the latest COVID policies for your show.

Who can answer questions about my concert ticket?

Please refer to your original point of purchase for all questions regarding your concert ticket.

Purchasers will receive an email from StagePilot approximately 3-5 days before the performance date with instructions regarding the fulfillment of the VIP package items and additional details regarding day of show information. All VIP packages are NON-TRANSFERABLE; NO WILL CALL NAME CHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Non-VIP Package purchasers will not be allowed into any VIP activities or into the venue early. VIP package purchasers may be required to arrive at least 3-4 hours before show time. All pre-show programs and times may vary date-to-date and are subject to modification at any time for any reason. At StagePilot’s discretion, VIP package merchandise will either be shipped directly to the address provided at purchase (alternate shipping addresses are not permitted) or available for pick-up the night of the show. If shipped, delivery of such merchandise may occur after the event date. Merchandise is not needed for entry to the show. Personal items may not be permitted into the pre-show performance to be signed by the artist. By purchasing a VIP package, you will not gain or be authorized access into any venue specific VIP or backstage areas. No parental escorts without their own package purchased will be permitted. Health and safety restrictions may change from time of purchase to the show date. We will confirm any restrictions closer to the event date.
