How do I access the streaming event?
After purchasing your ticket, you will receive two emails from StagePilot. One is a receipt for your purchase, the other includes a link and unique 8-digit access code. You’ll use the link to join the event and your 8-digit code to log in.
I haven’t received my link or code.
An email was sent from
support@stagepilot.com with your login info after you purchased your ticket(s). Please check your SPAM folder and mark it as Not Spam or Not Junk to be sure you receive future communications. If you don’t see it, shoot us an email at
support@stagepilot.com.
What device and browser can I use to watch the event?
You can watch the event on a computer, smartphone, tablet, or smart TV. Please be sure your browser is up to date and you have a stable internet connection. Here’s a list of our
supported browsers.Help, I can’t access the stream!
We are sorry to hear you are having issues accessing the event. Please take a look at these troubleshooting
tips. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome. We also recommend clearing your cache and cookies if you are already on the most updated version of your browser. If you're still having trouble, contact us at

Can I watch this event on my TV?
You cast to a Chromecast device from the Google Chrome browser or use AirPlay to watch on Apple TV from the Safari browser. See below for further instructions.

You can easily cast the stream from your computer or device to a smart TV. Depending on the device you're using, please look for the casting icon and follow the prompts to connect to your smart TV.

How do I rewatch the show?
Once you have redeemed your code, you'll automatically be routed to the stream and can remain logged in to access the show at any time until Sunday, May 7th at 11:59PM ET. If you log out, you can use the same 8 digit code to log back in and access the show. If you have to refresh or lose connection in the middle of the stream, you will resume where you left off once you rejoin.
Can I share my code?
Codes can only be used by one person. Any codes found to be shared will be voided.
WHAT IS A VIRTUAL MEET & GREET?
A virtual Meet & Greet is a private, one-on-one video call with the artist. Before the day of your Meet & Greet, you’ll receive an email with a link to sign in to your session and be connected with the artist when it’s your turn. During your Meet & Greet, you can ask anything you’ve been dying to know! There will also be an opportunity to have a photo taken that will be emailed directly to you within 24 hours.
HOW DO I LOG INTO MY VIRTUAL MEET & GREET?
You will receive instructions to join your Meet & Greet approximately 24 hours before your scheduled time. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for these instructions. If it’s within that timeframe and you have not received an email from us, please reach out to support@stagepilot.com.
When will I receive my merchandise?
Merchandise will begin shipping approximately 4 weeks after the premiere date of Saturday, April 22.
I ordered the wrong size merch, can I change it?
You can alter the size of your tee if your order hasn't shipped yet. Please reach out to
support@stagepilot.com for more information.
