HOW DO I ACCESS THE STREAM?

After purchasing your ticket, you will receive two emails from StagePilot. One is a receipt for your purchase, the other includes instructions on how to log into the event.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY LINK OR CODE.

An email with your link and code was sent from hello@stagepilot.com. Please check your SPAM folder and mark it as Not Spam or Not Junk to be sure you receive future communications. If you don’t see it, shoot us an email at support@stagepilot.com.

WHAT DEVICE AND BROWSER CAN I USE TO WATCH THE EVENT?

You can watch the event on a computer, smartphone, tablet, or smart TV. Please be sure your browser is up to date and you have a stable internet connection. Here's a list of our supported browsers.

HELP, I CAN’T ACCESS THE STREAM!

Please take a look at these troubleshooting tips. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome. We also recommend clearing your cache and cookies if you are already on the most updated version of your browser. If you're still having trouble, contact us at support@stagepilot.com.

CAN I WATCH THIS EVENT ON MY TV?

You can cast to a Chromecast device from the Google Chrome browser or use AirPlay to watch on Apple TV from the Safari browser. See below for further instructions.

HOW DO I REWATCH THE SHOW?

Once you have redeemed your code, you'll automatically be routed to the stream and can remain logged in to access the show at any time until Sunday, May 19 at 11:59PM ET. If you log out, you can use the same link and 8 digit code to log back in and access the show. If you have to refresh or lose connection in the middle of the stream, you will resume where you left off once you rejoin.

CAN I SHARE MY CODE?

Codes can only be used by one person. Any codes found to be shared will be voided.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MERCHANDISE?

Merchandise will begin shipping 4 - 6 weeks after the event ends on Sunday, May 19.

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL MEET & GREET?

A virtual Meet & Greet is a private, one-on-one video call. Before the day of your Meet & Greet, you’ll receive an email with a link to sign in to your session and be connected with the host when it’s your turn. During your Meet & Greet, you can ask anything you’ve been dying to know! There will also be an opportunity to have a photo taken that will be emailed directly to you within 24 hours.

HOW DO I LOG IN TO MY VIRTUAL MEET & GREET?

You will receive instructions to join your Meet & Greet approximately 24 hours before your scheduled time. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for these instructions. If it’s within that timeframe and you have not received an email from us, please reach out to support@stagepilot.com.

Purchasers will receive an email from StagePilot containing a link to the event and a unique 8-digit access code. All sales are final. Shipping addresses and merchandise sizes cannot be changed after purchase. If you experience technical issues while accessing the streaming event, you must contact StagePilot support before the rebroadcast period ends. Access to the streaming event will not be extended for any reason. DO NOT SHARE YOUR UNIQUE ACCESS CODE, it can only be used on one device. Any codes found to be shared will be voided. In order to watch the streaming event, you will need a modern device and browser and a stable internet connection. The streaming event includes a live chat. Any discussion, language, or conversation deemed to be inappropriate by StagePilot will be removed. StagePilot reserves the right to remove any users from the streaming event at its sole discretion. Recording, sharing, or downloading the event is strictly prohibited. StagePilot reserves the right to reschedule any event at any time. If the event is rescheduled, your original ticket will remain valid for the new broadcast date. If an event is canceled, a refund will be processed via your original method of purchase.
