All tickets previously purchased will be honored. If you can no longer attend the rescheduled date, your tickets can be refunded at original point of purchase.
You will receive an email from StagePilot (support@stagepilot.com) approximately 3-5 days before the concert date. The email will include; day-of-show arrival instructions, VIP merchandise pick-up information and any relevant details about your VIP experience. VIP package purchasers may be required to arrive 3 or more hours before show time. Pre-show program activities, times and locations may vary date-to-date and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
All parental escorts must purchase their own VIP package. Anyone who hasn’t purchased a VIP package will not be allowed into any VIP activities or into the venue early.
By purchasing a VIP package, you will not gain access to, or be authorized to enter, any venue-specific VIP or backstage areas.
Due to COVID restrictions, the artist will not sign any personal items. Please do not bring any personal items to the venue with the intention of having them signed.
All guests must check in together to be permitted into the VIP experience and collect VIP merchandise.
All VIP packages are NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO WILL CALL NAME CHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

At StagePilot's discretion, VIP package merchandise will either be shipped directly to the address provided at purchase (alternate shipping addresses are not permitted) or available for pick-up at the show. If shipped, delivery of VIP merchandise may occur after the event date. Merchandise is not needed for entry to the show. If VIP merchandise is provided at the show, it must be picked up during the VIP experience. You will not be permitted to collect your VIP merchandise once the VIP event ends. We cannot hold your VIP merchandise until after the concert.

A virtual Meet & Greet is a private, one-on-one video call with the artist. Before the day of your Meet & Greet, you’ll receive an email with a link to sign in to your session and be connected with the artist when it’s your turn. During your Meet & Greet, you can ask the artist anything you’ve been dying to know! (Only include if photo is confirmed for M+G)There will also be an opportunity to have a photo taken that will be emailed directly to you within 24 hours.
After purchasing a ticket, StagePilot will reach out to schedule your Meet & Greet. You will receive instructions to join your Meet & Greet approximately 24 hours before your scheduled time. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for these instructions. If it’s within that timeframe and you have not received an email from us, please reach out to support@stagepilot.com.

If shipped, delivery of such merchandise may occur after the event date. Merchandise is not needed for entry to the show.
